Behaviour Support TA

Are you passionate about supporting children with behavioural needs and helping them thrive in the classroom? We are looking for a Behaviour Therapist to join our supply agency and work across a range of primary schools.

Role Overview:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with behavioural and emotional needs.
• Implement behaviour management strategies tailored to individual pupils.
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and school staff to create a positive learning environment.
• Monitor progress and adapt interventions as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Behaviour Therapist, Teaching Assistant, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques and SEND.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Flexibility to work across different schools and adapt to new environments.
