Teaching Personnel are working closely with a client Catholic school that are looking to recruit a Key Stage 1 Leader and Teacher to start in January 2018. The school is a smaller than average, Primary school based in Central Liverpool.

It was graded 'Good' in its last Ofsted report and by the end of Year 2, standards in mathematics are high and in reading and writing are around the national average. Pupils' progress in Phonics is broadly around the national average and this is something the new Headteacher is looking to improve.

The School are looking for someone who Gospel values at the heart of their teaching and leadership. They want a proven record of being an excellent practitioner in Key Stage 1 and someone with the drive and ambition to raise standards throughout Key Stage 1.

The 1 form entry primary school has a supportive senior leadership team and you will be joining a well structured team. The school has secure parking facilities and is close to local transport links including a train station with 10 minutes walking distance.
