Year 1 Teacher
Teaching Personnel is seeking to appoint a Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our successful teaching team and to work in a local primary school in the North Liverpool area, Walton. This is a full-time primary teaching role, covering a Year 1 class and will commence as soon as possible.
The role:
The desired Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher will be working in an average size Year 1 class, with a wide range of ability levels. This role is suitable for both experienced and Newly qualified teachers, ideally with experience of recently teaching the Key Stage 1 (KS1) Curriculum. This would be a full class teaching role and the successful Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher will plan and deliver fun and engaging lessons. This role would be full time, working Monday to Friday term time only
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are QTS and recent experience within Key Stage 1, ideally within a Year 1 class.

This is a Primary school of average size with a supportive Senior Leadership Team who look to improve not only pupils’ academic performance but also their social and spiritual development. Within this Primary school the teaching is good and provides a challenge for all pupils because the teaching staff plan work according to the pupils’ abilities.
Requirements:
To be considered for the position of Year 1 Teacher, you will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Have experience teaching primary education at Key Stage 1 level and will have ideally taught Year 1.
Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of primary Teachers.
Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
