Full-Time Year 1 Teacher – Supportive Primary School in Aintree, Liverpool (Start After October Half Term)

Are you a passionate and committed Key Stage 1 teacher looking for your next opportunity? Teaching Personnel is proud to be working with a warm and inclusive primary school in Aintree, Liverpool, currently seeking a full-time Year 1 Teacher to join their team after the October half term.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Start Date: Monday 3rd November 2025 (following October half term)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons aligned with the Year 1 curriculum
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and school leadership
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities

About You – The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have recent experience teaching in Key Stage 1, ideally in Year 1
  • Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Be confident in differentiating instruction to support all learners
  • Have a solid understanding of the national curriculum
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be confident using technology to enhance learning
