Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Year 1 teacher for a primary school in Barnsley S75. We are working closely with the school to ensure we provide the best quality teachers to support with pupils educational journey.

We are looking for an ambitiousenthusiastic and passionate individual who wants to provide the best quality education to our schools’ pupils. We welcome experienced and newly qualified teachers to apply. Please note that interviews will be taking place prior to the Christmas break.

This position is covering a maternity and will be to start from January 2020, or sooner if possible.

Are you the ideal candidate?

  • Have previous experience working in Key Stage 1
  • Have excellent Key Stage 1 knowledge
  • Use positive and effective behaviour management strategies
  • Be able to plan suitable and stimulating lessons across a wide range of abilities
  • Have good curriculum knowledge
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
