Teaching Personnel are the UK’s largest Education Staffing Agency with strong long-standing relationships with Senior Leaders across Lancashire. We are currently working on behalf of the Headteacher of a reputable Primary School on the outskirts of Preston who is keen to secure an experienced, highly effective, dynamic classroom teacher to join their KS2 from September 2020 as the school’s Year 6 Teacher. This role is to work within a smaller than average Primary School serving a pleasant rural village. Behaviour in school is exemplary and children are eager to learn. This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced class teacher or a Recently Qualified Teacher.

The successful candidate will be joining a well-established team of Educational Professionals with a child centered approach. As with all Y6 Teaching roles, there is a big emphasis on assessment, the school’s non-teaching Headteacher has expressed that they will be there to support the new postholder to ensure a successful academic year. In addition, the successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences including, parents, staff and of course, children. Pay rates are dependant upon experience and start at GBP110 per day.
