We’re recruiting enthusiastic and proactive individuals to join our wraparound care team through Teaching Personnel. These roles involve supporting children before and after school in a safe, engaging, and energetic environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

This isn’t a “stand and supervise” role. We’re looking for people who will get stuck in and lead the fun!

• Running and leading games, activities, and creative sessions
• Keeping children engaged, happy, and safe
• Taking initiative if something’s not happening, you make it happen!
• Managing behaviour confidently and positively
• Creating a welcoming and energetic atmosphere

Who We’re Looking For:

Perfect for:

• University students wanting work around lectures
• Aspiring teachers or those interested in childcare
• Anyone with transferable skills (sports coaching, drama, youth work, camps, etc.)

You’ll need to be:

• Confident leading groups of children
• Proactive and not waiting to be told what to do
• Energetic, creative, and engaging
• Comfortable taking control of a room when needed
• Reliable and professional

Important Information:

This is an agency role through Teaching Personnel, so all successful applicants will be required to complete clearance checks, including:

• Enhanced DBS check
• References
• Other compliance checks in line with safeguarding requirements

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
