Through Teaching Personnel (Agency Role)

We’re recruiting enthusiastic and proactive individuals to join our wraparound care team through Teaching Personnel. These roles involve supporting children before and after school in a safe, engaging, and energetic environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
This isn’t a “stand and supervise” role. We’re looking for people who will get stuck in and lead the fun!
- Running and leading games, activities, and creative sessions
- Keeping children engaged, happy, and safe
- Taking initiative if something’s not happening, you make it happen!
- Managing behaviour confidently and positively
- Creating a welcoming and energetic atmosphere
Who We’re Looking For:
Perfect for:
- University students wanting work around lectures
- Aspiring teachers or those interested in childcare
- Anyone with transferable skills (sports coaching, drama, youth work, camps, etc.)
You’ll need to be:
- Confident leading groups of children
- Proactive and not waiting to be told what to do
- Energetic, creative, and engaging
- Comfortable taking control of a room when needed
- Reliable and professional

Important Information:
This is an agency role through Teaching Personnel, so all successful applicants will be required to complete clearance checks, including:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
