Do you have the experience, skills and confidence to support secondary schools in your local area? 

We are working with many client schools in the Wigan area who are always in need of support staff. These roles include:

-Cover Supervisors

-Teaching Assistants

-Learning Support Assistants

-Behaviour Mentor

In these roles, you will be supporting schools all year round to help students who need that extra assistance and guidance to achieve their best in school. As well as providing support for teachers in the classroom environment, helping lessons run smoothly for all involved. You will also be asked to cover lessons when the Teacher is absent, managing behaviour in class and ensuirng all students ge ton with set work to the best of their ability.

Requirements

-DBS certificate

-Two professional references

-Confident and friendly nature

-Versatility to work with a variety of age groups/abilities

-Good behaviour management skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
