A partner Primary School of Teaching Personnel in Cardiff are seeking a full time Welsh medium Teaching Assistant.
We are looking for people who:
- Can speak Welsh fluently
- Has previous experience working with children
- Has a confident, resilient and positive personality
- Understanding of how children learn and develop
- Good literacy, numeracy and reading skills
- Has an up to date DBS and is registered with the EWC (although this can be done through Teaching Personnel).
- Knowledge of safe guarding (can also be done through Teaching Personnel)
The role entails:
- Working with children 1:1
- Running intervention groups (Maths and English)
- Assisting the teacher with general tasks
