Job Title: Teaching Assistant (Full-Time) Unqualified

In Bristol, we are looking for a committed, enthusiastic, and proactive Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will play a vital role in helping our students reach their full potential, working closely with teachers to deliver high-quality education and care.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.

Assist individual students and small groups, including those with special educational needs.
-
Help maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.

Prepare learning resources and provide administrative support as required.

Promote positive behavior and inclusion across all areas of the school.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
-
Has experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred).
-
Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Is patient, nurturing, and adaptable.
-
Has a positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting student development.
-
Is able to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Qualifications:
-
A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3) is desirable but not essential.

A good standard of literacy and numeracy is required.

Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
