Unqualified Teaching Assistant – South Shore
Location: South Shore, Blackpool
Salary: £89–£95 per day
Contract Type: Temporary (with potential for permanent placement)
Start Date: September 2025 or ASAP
Are you passionate about making a difference in young lives, even without formal teaching qualifications? Teaching Personnel is looking for enthusiastic, caring, and proactive individuals to support primary schools across South Shore.
Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting pupils with a range of educational and behavioural needs.
- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
- Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
- Providing one-to-one or small group support where needed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
