We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and motivated Unqualified Teaching Assistant to support pupils and teaching staff across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4). This role is ideal for individuals considering a career in education, psychology, youth work, or teaching, or for those who enjoy supporting young people in a school environment.
Role Responsibilities – Unqualified Teaching Assistant:

Support teachers in the classroom across a range of subjects

Work with individuals and small groups of pupils to support learning

Assist with lesson delivery and classroom activities

Promote positive behaviour and engagement in lessons

Provide additional support to pupils with SEN or additional learning needs

Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Person Specification:

No formal teaching qualifications required

Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)

A positive, patient, and proactive attitude

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
