We’re looking for an enthusiastic and confident Unqualified Sports Teacher to join our partner secondary schools in the Cheltenham area from December 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a love of sport and strong leadership skills who wants to take their first step into teaching.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging PE lessons and support across a range of sports.

• Lead activities, coach students, and encourage participation in both team and individual sports.

• Support general classroom cover when required, maintaining a positive and controlled learning environment.

• Be a strong role model with excellent behaviour management and communication skills.

• Work in schools with excellent sports facilities and supportive staff teams.

• Opportunities to accompany students on sports trips and fixtures.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Individuals with sports coaching experience or a sports-related degree.

• Confident communicators with the ability to manage a classroom effectively.

• Motivated, energetic, and passionate about helping young people develop their sporting skills.

• Someone seeking valuable experience before potentially pursuing a teacher training route.
