Secondary Maths Tutor – Worthing
Support Individual Learners. Make a Lasting Impact.
TP Tutors is seeking compassionate Secondary Maths Tutors to provide one-to-one tuition for children and young people across the Worthing area.
You'll support learners with autism, ADHD, SEMH and other additional educational needs, delivering personalised Maths sessions that build confidence, improve engagement and help students achieve their academic potential.

Your Role
- Deliver tailored one-to-one Maths tuition for secondary-aged pupils
- Adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs
- Build confidence in key mathematical concepts and problem-solving
- Encourage independence and positive learning habits
- Record learner progress accurately
- Build positive relationships with schools and families
Essential Requirements
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEN/SEND
- Background in education, tutoring or mentoring
- Strong knowledge of secondary Maths
- Understanding of safeguarding procedures
- Ability to travel across the Worthing area
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
