TP Tutors is seeking compassionate SEN Tutors to provide one-to-one tuition for children and young people across West Sussex.
You'll support learners with autism, ADHD, SEMH and other additional educational needs, delivering personalised sessions that improve confidence, engagement and academic achievement.

Your Role
- Deliver tailored one-to-one tuition
- Adapt lessons to individual learning needs
- Encourage independence and positive learning habits
- Record learner progress accurately
- Build positive relationships with schools and families
Essential Requirements
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEN/SEND
- Education, tutoring or mentoring background
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
- Ability to travel across West Sussex
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
