Experienced SEN Tutors Wanted – Inspire, Support, Empower

Are you an experienced SEN tutor with a passion for creating engaging, inclusive, and individualised learning experiences?

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate tutors to support children and young people who face barriers to learning. Many of the students you’ll work with may have additional needs, learning difficulties, or complex backgrounds that have affected their educational progress.

This is more than just tuition — it’s about being a positive, consistent educational presence in a child’s life.

What we’re looking for:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

  • The ability to assess each pupil’s current level and adapt sessions accordingly

  • Experience in delivering lessons that are accessible, creative, and tailored to individual needs

  • Confidence in managing and responding to a variety of learning styles and behavioural needs

  • A nurturing, empathetic approach with a commitment to inclusion and progress

You will be:

  • Delivering high-quality 1:1 or small group tuition

  • Creating a safe, supportive space where children feel encouraged to learn

  • Making learning engaging, achievable, and personally meaningful

  • Working collaboratively with families and professionals to ensure holistic support

If you’re a tutor who understands that progress isn’t always linear but is always worth pursuing, and you’re ready to make a lasting impact — we want to hear from you.
