  • Inspire learners: Work with students of all ages and abilities, helping them build confidence and achieve their goals.
  • Shape the learning journey: Assess, plan, and deliver bespoke lessons tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Be a mentor: You’re not just a tutor—you’re a motivator, listener, and cheerleader.

Who You Are:

  • Qualified: You’ve got QTS or 5+ years of tutoring experience under your belt.
  • Flexible and friendly: Happy to work in Swindon, Newbury, or Reading.
  • Subject expert: Whatever your subject, bring your passion and energy!
  • Organised & creative: You can design engaging schemes of work and adapt on the fly.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
