Position: Tutor Location: Maidenhead, Berkshire Salary: £20-£25 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students across various subjects and grade levels.
- Develop personalised lesson plans based on students' individual needs and learning styles.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:
- Passion for education and a strong desire to help students succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in the subject(s) you will be tutoring.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is a plus.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- A patient and empathetic approach to working with students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
