Job description

Bring your classroom experience to one-to-one and small group tuition across Lincoln

We’re seeking a skilled Primary educator to support local pupils through tailored, engaging tuition programmes. You’ll work across KS1 and KS2, helping learners build confidence in English, Maths, and wider subject knowledge — making a lasting difference for those who need a little extra support.

This flexible role is ideal for teachers looking for a rewarding way to continue making impact without the full-time classroom pressures. You’ll be backed by our dedicated team, with lesson planning guidance, safeguarding support, and progress tracking through LEAP — our platform for monitoring attendance and outcomes.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
