Job description

Science Tutors Wanted – One-to-One Support for Young People in Hull & Lincoln

Are you passionate about science and making a real difference in young lives? We’re looking for dedicated and enthusiastic science tutors to work one-to-one with secondary school students in Hull and Lincoln.

About the Role: We provide tailored academic support to help young people achieve their full potential. As a one-to-one tutor, you’ll work directly with students who may need extra help in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics – inspiring confidence, building knowledge, and making learning enjoyable.

We’re Looking For:

  • Science graduates, qualified teachers, or experienced tutors

  • A strong understanding of GCSE and/or A-Level science content

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A genuine passion for education and supporting young people

  • Enhanced DBS or willingness to undergo one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
