Job description

Support local pupils across the Primary curriculum this autumn

We’re looking for an experienced Primary educator to join our team delivering tailored one-to-one and small group tuition to pupils in and around Grantham. Working with local schools — including those within the Priory Trust, who we continue to support across Lincolnshire — you’ll play a vital role in helping learners rebuild confidence and achieve progress across KS1 and KS2.

Each programme is designed around the child, allowing you to bring your teaching expertise to structured, impactful sessions that make a real difference. Our team provides full planning and safeguarding support, as well as access to LEAP, our online platform for tracking attendance, engagement, and progress.

What you’ll get:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
