You’ll need:
✔ QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
✔ Experience delivering Maths up to GCSE
✔ Confidence planning and delivering bespoke lessons
✔ Enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply)
✔ Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education
