1:1 Tutor – Fallowfield / M14 Area

Are you a passionate educator looking for a more flexible and rewarding way to support young learners?

We’re looking for experienced tutors to work with pupils in the M14 area (including Fallowfield and surrounding neighbourhoods) who are currently out of mainstream education. You’ll be offering one-to-one tuition in core subjects such as English and Maths, tailored to the individual needs and pace of each learner.

Pupils may be out of school for a range of reasons – anxiety, medical needs, or behavioural challenges – and your support could be the key to helping them re-engage with learning in a safe and positive way.

Tuition typically takes place either in the pupil’s home or in a local setting such as a library. Sessions are scheduled during the school day, between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.

We’re particularly keen to hear from qualified teachers (QTS), or tutors with strong subject knowledge and experience supporting young people on a one-to-one basis.

What’s on offer:

  • £25–£30 per hour, depending on experience

  • Flexible hours to suit your availability

  • Ongoing support from an experienced consultant

  • A rewarding role where you can make a real difference

If you’re based in or near the M14 area and want to help pupils grow in confidence and knowledge outside the traditional classroom setting, we’d love to hear from you.
