Job Title: 1:1 Tutor – Dudley Area

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced tutors to provide 1:1 tuition to students in the Dudley area. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on learners’ academic progress by offering tailored, individualised support.

Role Overview:
As a 1:1 Tutor, you will work with students who may need additional support outside of mainstream education. This could include learners with SEND, those requiring extra academic help, or students looking to build confidence in specific subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalised 1:1 tutoring sessions tailored to each student’s needs

• Plan lessons in line with the student’s curriculum and learning goals

• Monitor progress and provide feedback to support learning outcomes

• Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles

• Build strong, supportive relationships with students

Requirements:

• Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, or supporting young people

• Strong subject knowledge (Primary and/or Secondary level)

• Experience working with SEND students is desirable

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

• Right to work in the UK
