TP Tutors is seeking dedicated 1:1 Tutors in the Dudley area to support students who need additional educational help. We work with Local Authorities, Schools, and Alternative Provision settings to provide tailored 1:1 and small group tuition for learners with SEN/SEND and SEMH needs.

The Role

  • Deliver engaging 1:1 tuition in English, Maths, or Science

  • Tutor in-person in Dudley

  • Plan and deliver personalised lessons to meet each student’s learning goals

  • Track progress and adapt teaching strategies where needed

  • Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and case workers

Our Ideal Tutor

  • Experience working with children or young people in education or support settings

  • Ability to deliver tailored, engaging learning sessions

  • Motivated to help students catch up and succeed academically

  • Understanding of SEN/SEND and behaviour management strategies

  • Organised, patient, and committed to helping students achieve their potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
