Job description

Pay: £25–£30 per hour
Flexible hours | 1:1 and small-group support

We’re looking for compassionate and skilled SEN Tutors to work with students in Boston and surrounding Lincolnshire areas.
You’ll be supporting learners with a range of additional needs — including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and anxiety-related barriers — through tailored one-to-one tuition that helps them re-engage with learning.

Our tutors work closely with schools and Local Authorities to deliver meaningful, consistent support both in and out of school settings. You’ll have planning guidance, safeguarding support, and access to our LEAP platform, which tracks progress, attendance, and engagement.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
