Full time Teacher of Science required for Good rated Alton school to begin in the Autumn term 

We are currently recruiting for a Teacher of Science to join the Science department at a high achieving secondary school taking over the full responsibilities of a Science teacher for a minimum of six weeks, taking classes and organising experiments within the school labs in the absence of one of the other members of staff. The successful applicant will undertake full planning, marking and pastoral responsibilities of the students. The school are looking for a qualified teacher in the local area who is innovative and looking to excel within the school, bringing with them a passionate attitude for education and a real motivation for each of their students to succeed.

This is a full time temporary position however permanent and part time applicants are invited to apply for this post as well. The post is paid to scale from GBP24373 to GBP46877 on a weekly basis.

The school believe in providing an excellent education, a broad and balanced curriculum and facilitate this with cross curricular links, encouraging both staff and pupils to take part in after school clubs and activities throughout the school fostering a great working environment with pupils enjoying their time at school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
