Teaching Personnel currently have a vacancy for a full-time English Teacher to join our partner school in Manchester. Our partner school is an all-girls secondary school with sixth form located in Manchester. It opened in 2014 as a co-operative academy as part of the Education and Leadership Trust. The school is the highest performing girls' school in Manchester. The school commits itself to providing the highest opportunities for learning, achievement and personal development. The school works with families, the local community, business partners and local universities to enrich students' education.

The school was recognised by the Specialist Schools Trust with an Outstanding Achievement and Progress Award. The award was given in recognition of being in the top 10% of schools nationally for value added. Therefore, the school are looking for an outstanding passionate Teacher of English to join their successful English department.

Due to a temporary period of absence in the English department, the school now has a temporary vacancy for an English teacher to join them from November 2018. The successful English teacher will be responsible for managing a full time table leading Key stages 3-4 English Language and Literature. They will promote a growth mind-set amongst students through delivering creative and inspiring English lessons whilst managing behaviour in class according to school behaviour policies. Planning, marking and monitoring classwork will be involved as well as reporting back to senior leadership within the department.
