Teaching Assistants required in the Hayes Borough
We are seeking hardworking, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to work within Primary School. Ideally we are looking for candidates that have experience within an education setting and have a high understanding and experience of working with children.
An ideal candidate would have a minimum NVQ Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in schools or is degree qualified.
The successful candidate:
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in schools or is degree qualified
- Recent Teaching Assistant experience within a school or from a tuition background
- Using initiative, the ability to adapt and be creative when dealing with different needs
- Reliable, passionate and personable
- Conducting observations and providing feedback to staff and parents
- Able to build and maintain a professional relationship with both the staff and students
- You must have a good command of the English language - Both written and oral
