Teaching Assistants Needed
Job description
This vacancy has now expired. Please see similar roles below...
Our SEN specialist branch within Teaching Personnel we have a high demand for teaching assistants to work with children with social emotional mental health and behaviour difficulties. We work with a range of schools across the Guildford area, who have SEMH units and PRU's. Having experience in dealing with challenging situations and being proactive to your approach to these children is beneficial - but we are also willing to consider people who have a keen interest in supporting these young people. Many of them lack a positive role model in their lives and this opportunity has perfect for you to have a positive impact on a child's life. Contact Nicole Totterdell on 01189071531 for more information or email you updated CV
Suitable candidates must be able to provide:
* Right to work in the UK
* Reference details
* Registered with the Update Service
All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Full assistance provided.
