Teaching Assistants needed to work in secondary schools in South Manchester to support students with moderate learning difficulties on a 1:1 and small group basis as. Students that need additional support in the areas of literacy, numeracy or language support will be given the best possible opportunity to succeed and achieve there expected levels of progress.
If you are currently working as a teaching assistant, learning mentor, sports coach, youth worker or health and social care worker and are keen to work with secondary school children we have part time or full time flexible work opportunities available. Teaching Personnel help recruit for secondary schools throughout Greater Manchester with their support staffing in the areas of Manchester, Tameside, Stockport, Trafford and Cheshire East.
Highlights of working as a Teaching Assistant;
** Weekly pay ranging from £300-£350 per day
** Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis
** Regular training and CPD opportunities
** Long term supply, short term assignments or potential permanent posts
To be eligible for the role of teaching assistant
**Suitable teaching references and application for a fully enhanced DBS certificate
**Willingness to adapt to the role as required and empathetic nature
**Passion for working with young people
