Teaching Assistants, Lancashire

Teaching Personnel are seeking a number of Teaching Assistants for roles across the whole of Lancashire. Teaching Personnel are the leading UK education agency and we specialise in finding candidates short term, long term and permanent positions in School. I specifically recruit for the SEN Schools and Behavioural Units in the Lancashire area and I cover the following areas:

- Leyland

- Preston

- Kirkham

The Schools I work with caters for pupils of all ages that are not in mainstream education for a variety of reasons. The Schools are looking for a number of candidates who are comfortable working on a 1:1 and small group basis with pupils who have additional learning needs.

The ideal candidate will come from an education, care work, youth work, military, sports coach background, or have experience first hand with their own family members who have special educational needs. Ideally candidates will be available full time and in a position to accept work on a flexible ad-hoc basis, although, it is highly likely you will be placed into a long term role fairly quickly!
