We are working alongside 2 Cardiff Secondary schools to support with their additional staffing needs for the new year. Both schools require individuals that can adapt quickly and be proactive in their approach to supporting young people.

• Full time Teaching Assistant position starting in January
• 2 Medium/Large Sized Cardiff Schools
• Attractive pay rates starting for £54+ a day

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

• Supporting identified students with Literacy and Numeracy on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Building relationships with the pupils to keep them motivated and raise attainment
• Providing support to pupils who may struggle to integrate within mainstream classes due to their challenging behaviour
• Act as Role Model for pupils who may be disengaged with learning and education
