Teaching Personnel are working across both South Manchester and the Trafford area with a large number of different Primary schools. Due to sickness, course cover and the need for additional support throughout the week, Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit proactive Teaching Assistant who are looking to work on a day to day, short term basis. Covering areas such as Wythenshawe, Sale, Stretford, Altrincham, Didsbury and Chorlton the demand for flexible Teaching Assistants is high.

The ideal candidate will have…

• Previous Teaching Assistant experience/ Experience working with Primary ages
• Good behaviour management skills
• A personable and proactive approach to the learning of children
• The ability to work as part of a team as well as an individual
• The ability to comfortably lead small intervention groups in Phonics, Maths and English
• Flexibility and willingness to work
