SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary School – Full-Time (Term-Time Only)
Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? We are a welcoming and inclusive school looking for an enthusiastic and patient SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. You’ll support pupils with a range of needs including autism and speech & language difficulties.

Requirements:
- Supporting pupils with a range of SEN in the classroom and one-to-one
- Implementing individual education plans (IEPs)
- Supporting learning under the direction of the class teacher or SENCO
- Assisting with personal care (if applicable)
- Promoting inclusion and equal opportunities
- Monitoring and reporting on student progress
- Managing behaviour sensitively and effectively
Desirable:
- SEN TA qualification or relevant training (e.g., Makaton, PECS)
Contract: Fixed term, full-time (8:30am – 3:30pm, Mon-Fri, term time only)
Salary: £90-£110 per day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
