Teaching Assistant – Oldham
We’re looking for dedicated, enthusiastic, and compassionate individuals to join our team as full-time Teaching Assistants in Oldham, starting in September 2025.
In this role, you’ll provide vital support to students—particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN)—helping them to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. If you have experience or a genuine passion for working with SEN students, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real and lasting difference in a rewarding educational setting.
Your Responsibilities:

Provide focused 1:1 support and lead small group interventions.

Assist in planning and delivering tailored, engaging lessons.

Encourage and support students’ academic, emotional, and social development.

Maintain accurate records of progress, behaviour, and interventions.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
