Graduate teaching assistant role for Mathematics graduate for Secondary school based in Lambeth for September 2019.
Graduate Teaching Assistant job for Maths graduate working with GCSE pupils on a flexible temporary contract - position available for a full academic year if of interest.
Are you a Mathematics graduate? Are you interested in pursuing a career in education but not keen to jump straight into a PGCE? Do you have experience with children and hope to build on this?
Teaching Personnel are currently seeking an a Mathematics graduate for a 'Good' Ofsted rated Secondary Schools in Lambeth, South London, who are seeking an enthusiastic Mathematics enthusiastic graduate interested in intervention and support roles in a Mathematics department - helping raise attainment levels of pupils struggling with subject!. You would be working alongside the class teacher helping pupils who struggle reach required levels in Maths, providing 1:1 and small group support.
This is a great way to gain experience ahead of a PGCE application, and many of the schools interested in graduates also participate in the Schools Direct Scheme - meaning it's a great opportunity for those interested in pursuing a career in teaching!
