Job description

Teaching Assistant Opportunity – Resource Base (Tidworth)

Teaching Personnel are delighted to be working closely with a lovely school based in Tidworth, who are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their Resource Base team.

Start Date: Just before October half-term
Duration: Until Christmas (with potential to extend)
Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and compassionate individual who is passionate about supporting children with additional learning needs. You’ll be working within a nurturing team environment, helping students access the curriculum and reach their full potential.

What we’re looking for:

  • A caring and proactive attitude
  • Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN (Special Educational Needs) is desirable
  • Willingness to dedicate time and energy to supporting children’s development
  • Availability to start before the half term break
  • An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
  • Recent, checkable references

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
