Teaching Assistant Required in the Hayes Borough

Here at Teaching Personnel are currently looking to appoint outstanding Teaching Assistants to schools within the Borough of Hayes, we are looking to interview prospective candidates ASAP.

Successful candidates will be required to have the following minimum NVQ Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in schools or is degree qualified.

The successful candidate:

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in schools or is degree qualified
• Experienced across both  KS1 and KS2
• Support Teachers in planning, preparation and delivery of lessons
• Conducting observations and providing feedback to staff and parents
• Support children 1:1 (if necessary)
• Motivated, passionate and have a real desire to make a difference
• Able to build and maintain a professional relationship with both the staff and students
• You must have a good command of the English language – Both written and oral
