• KS1 Teaching Assistant – Middleton, Manchester • Salary from GBP57-65 dependant on level and experience • 30 hours per week - FULL TIME - Starting ASAP Teaching Personnel are recruiting in a primary school in the Middleton area of Manchester (M24) are seeking a TERM-TIME only Teaching Assistant. This is average sized school with a 2 form entry primary school with an average class size of 25 pupils with a variety of children from all backgrounds. The school are looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant who can prepare and deliver one to one and small group tuition interventions set by the Teacher working with the children who are behind. The position is to work at a school which has been rated ‘GOOD’ by Ofsted. The school are looking for a Teaching Assistant who is engaging caring and interactive with the children in their care and can be a positive role model for all the children in the school. The ideal candidate appointed will: Be a engaging, caring and interactive individual Have some knowledge of the current KS1 curriculum Would be helpful to have experience planning small group tuition and delivering one-to-one interventions This would be an excellent opportunity for the right candidate looking for their next KS1 Teaching Assistant role. It would be essential that the candidate would have some experience at a previous school or have knowledge of the KS1 curriculum.
