Behaviour specialist  SEN Teaching Assistant

Here at Teaching Personnel, we are looking for strong minded and hard-working individuals who are looking to make a difference! We are now recruiting for Pupil Referral Units within Birmingham. 

Ideal Candidate

  • TEAM-TEACH trained (Preferable)
  • Ideally have previous experience dealing with behaviour or relatable experience in SEN/ social and emotional mental health (SEMH)/ Autism (ASD)
  • Have strong behaviour management skill
  • Have a positive outlook
  • Able to build strong relationships from the get-go
  • Be a positive role Model
