Teaching Assistant- Dewsbury- September Start
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Educational Teaching Assistant at a Secondary Academy in Dewsbury. The Academy are on an exciting journey towards their ambition of becoming Outstanding and wish to welcome an inspiring and driven colleague who will share this goal.
We require an excellent, enthusiastic and experienced Senior ETA who:
• Has a passion for children’s learning and is committed to the safeguarding of all students
• Has an outstanding track record in ensuring children succeed
• Is highly organised and proactive
• Can plan, lead and deliver interventions and initiatives and share their expertise with others
• Excels in a fast-paced environment
• Believes passionately in inclusion and providing the best opportunities for all
• Is creative in their approach to engage the most complex learners
• Has competent ICT skills to create innovative resources
• Has excellent interpersonal skills and is flexible and adaptable
The Academy is one of our eight academies/schools within a trust and is part of a close-knit community well located for commute from Leeds, Huddersfield and Wakefield.
