Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant for a position in one of our partner schools.
The school is smaller than average, catering specifically for KS2/3/4 pupils with SEMH Difficulties, Autism, ADHD, ODD and challenging behaviours. The school are hoping to appoint a Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils who have additional learning needs including. The role of a Teaching Assistant will be to work closely with the class teacher, assist in managing behaviour as well as providing educational support for pupils who struggle to engage in the curriculum.
The role will be full time and school hours are 8.30am - 3.30pm Monday - Friday. The role will require a hard working, empathetic, resilient and understanding candidate who can provide support for pupils who struggle to remain in school.

- Full time availability
- Be available to start January 4th 2020
- Have experience working with children with additional needs and / or challenging behaviours
- Be understanding and empathetic towards the needs of the children
- Be looking for a long term role in a forward thinking provision

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
