Exam Invigilators – Immediate Start

Here at Teaching Personnel we are working to support a number of local secondary schools as we lead into exam periods. The schools have requested both Invigilators and readers to support throughout the exams.

You do not need any school based experience although this can be beneficial.

The role of an exam invigilator/reader:

• Getting the exam room prepared prior to the exams
• Organising students to ensure they are seated correctly
• Ensuring Exam papers are handed out and submitted correctly
• Supporting the control of the exam room

Readers will be used to support pupils with additional needs in order for them to complete the exams

To be considered for this role you must:

• Have an enhanced child workforce DBS on the update service Full assistance can be provided to obtain)
• Have a proactive mentality and good levels of organisational skills

As these roles are based around Exams they can be flexible and often can be full days or half days work. A level of flexibility can be beneficial to the successful candidates.
