Teaching Assistant required in Boston at pupil referral unit.

A school in Boston, Lincolnshire are searching for a Teaching Assistant to cover a wide range of subjects in the primary and secondary sector. The school is in Lincolnshire and caters for a maximum of up to 60 pupils that have been excluded from mainstream school; therefore the pupils can display challenging behaviour.
The class sizes are very small and cater for a maximum of 8 pupils with the class Teacher and 2 members of support staff. Experience with challenging behaviour is not essential; however the candidate chosen must be open minded and be prepared for a challenging but rewarding role within the school. If you have qualifications such as Team Teach and other behaviour management courses this is an advantage, however if not, they can be available upon request.
The school day begins at 8:30 and finishes at 4pm. Applicants must be prepared to do necessary training and only take holidays/time off outside of term time.
