Teaching personnel are looking for candidates who could flourish at this SEND College which has state of the art facilities, a true community with shared responsibility and common core values which create a culture of collaboration, opportunity, respect, and innovation. offer specialist education for students aged 16 to 25 with learning difficulties, disabilities, complex health needs and autism. Every day we provide personalised support, tailored learning, and hands-on life skills to give young people the confidence to exceed their aspirations.
To be the successful candidate, you will be able to apply your Psychology degree or be able to demonstrate the right necessary experience and your passion for helping vulnerable children with a range of difficulties will shine through. You will possess a good theoretical knowledge of the specific needs of these children and have the resilience to be able to deal with the day-to-day demands of the role; able to intervene when difficulties arise.
A full time position with the opportunity to become permanent/contracted
- Working alongside a supportive team within this Special Needs school
- The opportunity to undertake designated SEN training
- Rate of pay, earn up to GBP70 per day (8:30-3:15pm) each day
Teaching Personnel have 24 years’ experience placing staff at over 5000 schools every academic year. We can provide a tried and tested service in addition to various forms of training and an online diary to help you manage and organise your workload.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
