Teaching Personnel are working with an inspiring, forward‑thinking specialist school in Stockport to recruit a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant. This school supports both primary, secondary and college aged pupils and is known for its warm, nurturing and innovative approach.

Your role will include:

✅ Supporting pupils with complex communication and learning needs
✅ Working 1:1 and within small groups across varied activities

What We’re Looking For

You’ll fit right in if you have:

• Experience in care, education or support roles
• Understanding of Autism, learning disabilities, sensory needs or complex profiles
• Strong communication skills, empathy and a calm, encouraging approach
• A passion for helping children reach their potential
• An Enhanced Child & Adult DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
