Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit a driven and highly motivated Teaching assistant to support with the development of a thriving school ASAP
You will be assisting and working closely with the KS1/KS2 teachers to help support and contribute to their successful school departments across the provision. You will have a passion for learning and teaching together with the skills to inspire and motivate students.
We want Teaching Assistants who are willing to personalise learning for every student, and have a driven passion towards children and education.
A successful candidate will-
- Have relevant /recent experience in this area
- Help pupils overcome any educational barriers
- Be able to build good relationships with both students and staff, and demonstrate a respectful and caring attitude towards everyone in school
- Be able to develop and deliver high quality and positive learning experience to pupils
- Have a current DBS or willing to complete a new one
