Full Time Teaching Assistants required in Woking

We are working in partnership with a Specialist school and a Mainstream School who both require Teaching Assistants to join the team in September 2020

The school’s cater for:

• Autism
• Asperger’s Syndrome
• Social Emotional Mental Health Needs
• Early years, Primary, Secondary and Post 16
• Mainstream Students

The ideal candidate will be:

• Trustworthy and reliable
• Calm, patient and empathetic
• Proactive and efficient
• A team player and not afraid of getting ‘stuck in’
• Flexible in their approach and willing to undertake a variety of tasks
• Aware of positive behaviour management strategies, e.g. Team Teach (preferred but not essential)
• Previous experience working in schools is not essential, but candidates will need the right attitude to work and a willingness to learn
