Are you a caring and committed Teaching Assistant who enjoys making a real difference, one child at a time?

We are working with a welcoming primary school in Wimborne who are seeking a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Key Stage 1 pupil. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, nurturing and passionate about supporting early learners within a positive and inclusive environment.

The Role:

• Provide 1:1 support to a KS1 pupil throughout the school day
• Support learning, emotional wellbeing and engagement in the classroom
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to follow individual support plans
• Encourage independence, confidence and positive behaviour
• Support inclusion within the wider classroom setting

We’d Love to Hear From You If You:

• Have experience working with children (school, SEN or care experience desirable)
• Are patient, kind and consistent in your approach
• Are happy to commute to Wimborne
• Enjoy working as part of a team and building positive relationships
• Hold a DBS on the Update Service or are happy to apply for one through us

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
